How to order
1. As the vast majority of our customers (schools and libraries), will issue Purchase orders, be aware that this site is NOT set up to take payments. Also- as we often ship to very remote areas, we MUST quote shipping individually on all orders.
2. Adding items to your shopping cart actually creates a wish list. You can print off your wish list to get a rough idea of what your order will cost, without any volume pricing or shipping.
3. If you would like a formal quote including any volume pricing and shipping costs please click through ALL the way, entering school or library name and shipping address. Completing that process ensures that your order inquiry gets sent to us to add in volume pricing (if eligible) and shipping quote.
4. We will not process any order until you have accepted our detailed quote in writing and authorised us to proceed – either by Purchase Order or credit card payment and received a Sales Confirmation from us by e mail. Please DO NOT enter credit card info online.
IF you're not comfortable adding products to a wish list, simply drop us a line through the contact page, giving your school/library name and address - so we can calculate the shipping, and stating the items and quantities that you're interested in. We'll send you a quote with shipping included ASAP.
We do offer free shipping in the Greater Edmonton area. For ALL other areas we MUST quote shipping
If you would like an approximate quote in Canadian dollars without shipping, just add items to the wish list (shopping cart). Print it off at any time- this wish list will not be forwarded to us unless you press the Request a Quote button, enter shipping details etc. We will update the US exchange rate weekly.
Pressing the Request a Quote and Continue buttons sends your wish list to us for a more detailed quote including volume pricing if applicable, or to apply any coupon and to add in shipping as per your requirements. You will have to fill out contact info etc. for us to determine shipping costs, then hit the CONTINUE button- this will not take any payment details, nor will it constitute an order at this point.
Who do you sell to?
Schools, Librarys, Daycares and anyone who wishes to purchase our products. They are designed to enhance learning commons and make your space unique.
Do you provide International delivery?
We provide international shipping to wherever you want your product sent. Shipping quotes available upon request.
Do your products ship assembled?
No - disassembled. We do offer assembly service in the Edmonton area.
You can talk to us about shipping assembled product. We pride ourselves on making products that are readily assembled without any particular know how, and with minimal hardware. Many of our products have no hardware.
How do I return an item?
We do not generally stock items, we build to suit according to the options you select. So, please consider your order carefully as sales are final. If you need help in selecting the product that is best suited to your needs feel free to contact us for assistance.
We value your privacy as we would our own. We will not contact you except with regard to your quote or order.
What info do I need to have ready when I place my order?
You need to know what product you are ordering, and where you need it shipped to. We can help you pick your colour choices to make them fit your desired space.
Who is your product suited to? Tell us this informationa nd we can help select a table and bench height that is perfect for you.
You will have to be able to tell us about your receiving facilities:
Do you have a shipping dock?
Do you need a power tailgate delivery?
Do you require inside delivery or is there someone there with a bit of muscle? Needless to say, power tailgate, inside delivery etc. will add considerably to the shipping costs. You can discuss this with us if you need help in determining what is necessary.
